Coaching & Mentoring

Our head coach, Ros Weadman, is tertiary qualified in professional communication, business management, psychology and secondary education, and an accredited trainer / consultant of the Extended DISC diagnostic tool. She combines her specialist knowledge, skills and expertise gained from 30+years of industry experience to help professionals to become a more effective communicators and more influential leaders.

She works with clients by providing advice and feedback, specialised instruction and training, offering new perspectives, brainstorming and providing support material when needed. Sessions can be conducted face-to-face, via Skype or telephone.
